Youth Education
Our children take advantage of the excellent opportunities for Jewish education available in the Capital District.
Some attend the Troy Jewish Community Religious School. This school meets on Sunday mornings at Temple Berith Sholom in downtown Troy. The school provides Jewish education to more than sixty children ages 5 through 12 and is a joint undertaking of Berith Sholom, Temple Beth El, and the Nassau Synagogue.
Other children attend the Bet Shraga Hebrew Academy of the Capital District located in Albany. This is a full time school for elementary and middle school students that covers both religious and secular subjects.
